- Assists with seasonal decor and visual refreshes
- Merchandises endcaps and maintains attractive on-brand product displays
- Styles displays throughout the nursery to enhance the overall customer experience
- Participates in Container Planting Program to create seasonal plantings
- Collaborates with Event Coordinator to support customer classes and events
- Organizes the glasshouse gift shop
- Creates premade planted pots/annual arrangements for our Grab and Go's

Job Responsibilities
- Flexible scheduling with the possibility to create own schedule as needed for projects
- Extra hours around events and holidays
- Part time hours now with full time availability in the spring

Additional Details
TREE AND SHRUB SALES
- Assists customers in choosing and purchasing trees, shrubs, and related items
- Addresses plant related questions with customers
- Oversees and maintains tree and shrub nursery stock
- Identifies and treats problems related to tree and shrub inventory
- Provides exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Responsibilities
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, Environmental Science or a related field is preferred but not required
- Prior gardening, landscape, or horticulture experience is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working outdoors in year-round weather
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Part time hours now with full time availability in the spring
